The basics

GEO stands for Generative Engine Optimization: the work you do so your brand shows up in answers from surfaces like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, and Google AI Overviews, gets described accurately, and gets cited as a source. Traditional search is about earning the click. GEO is about getting into the answer.

No, it sits on top of it. Roughly half the citations in AI answers come from Google's top ten results, so technical SEO and content quality are still the foundation. GEO adds a layer built for answer surfaces. It doesn't clash with your SEO agency or your in-house team; it makes their work measurable.

When someone asks AI a question, they usually get one answer and never visit a site. If your brand isn't in that answer, they never see you at all. Traditional analytics won't show this. Visibility drops before traffic does, and measurement is how you catch the gap early.

How often your brand comes up in answers to questions about your category, in what context, and in what words. It covers three things at once: whether you appear, how you're described, and whether your site is cited as a source.

ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, and Google AI Overviews. These are the surfaces where most brand searches happen in Turkey. Every engine answers differently, so we report each one separately.

Yes. The GEO Guide covers the whole subject with primary sources, and the Glossary defines over 300 terms. Both are free and neither asks you to sign up.

Measurement and reporting

We build a prompt set for your brand and your category, written the way real people ask. Those prompts run against the tracked engines on a regular schedule. Every answer is parsed for whether your brand appeared, where it landed in the order, what words described it, and which sources were cited.

A prompt set is the list of questions your brand gets measured against. We define it together at setup: category questions, comparison questions, product questions, and purchase-intent questions. Change it whenever you want. Add a dedicated account manager and we build the set for you.

Generative engines don't return a results list. The same question can get different answers on the same day, from the same model. A fixed rank number would describe one sample, not reality. Instead we run repeatable measurements and report visibility rate, share of voice, citations, and sentiment.

We don't measure a single answer. The same prompt runs many times and the result comes back as a rate. Models answer with some randomness, so one query is misleading; the more runs, the steadier the rate. The report shows how many answers were analyzed and over what period.

Tracking runs automatically on a regular schedule, so the dashboard is current whenever you open it. You can also start an extra run for a campaign, a launch, or a crisis.

Yes. We measure the competitors you name on the same prompt set, so you see who leads on a given question. That analysis stays inside the dashboard. We don't recommend publishing a comparison page on your own site that names a competitor; in Turkey that can run afoul of fair trading rules.

Yes. We report the language used alongside your brand and the sentiment behind it. Wrong prices, discontinued services, and mixed-up brands all surface here. It's the report enterprise brands open most.

Dashboard output is built to drop straight into a leadership deck: change over the period, competitor comparison, and an action list in one place. Add a dedicated account manager and you get the commentary in writing too.

Content production

Blog posts, category copy, and product descriptions. All three come back in your brand voice, ready to publish. Topics and briefs are built on keyword and competitor research.

Yes, every piece is written from scratch and backed by current, source-verified information. Edit it in the content editor and export in one click.

Topic and brief suggestions come out of keyword and competitor research. You can add your own topics and direction on top. Content gaps found in visibility measurement drop straight into the topic list.

Your brand voice is defined at setup: tone, banned phrases, product naming rules, and sample copy. Everything is written against that definition.

Yes. With Excel import and export you can produce hundreds of product descriptions at once and push them into your existing workflow.

Packages reset monthly and unused credits don't roll over. You can also buy one-off content without a subscription.

Standard packages go up to 100 category and blog pieces and 1,000 product descriptions a month. For anything above that, talk to sales.

Product feed

You connect your XML product feed, fix fields like title and description with rules instead of code, and get the output as ready-made links for Google Merchant and Meta catalog. A health scan flags missing and non-compliant fields.

Outputs update automatically. When a price, stock level, or product name changes in your source feed, so does the data going out to your channels.

One plan, no product limit.

Yes. An image studio adds campaign frames and badges to product photos.

Setup and usage

We add no code to your site. We define your brand name, your category, and your competitors, and measurement starts from the outside. For Feed Optimizer, all we need is your existing XML feed URL.

No. Neither setup nor day-to-day use needs a technical team. Your marketing or ecommerce team can run the dashboard on their own.

The first measurement starts as soon as the prompt set and competitor list are settled. We bring a current report on your brand to the demo call, so you start the conversation with data instead of a blank page.

Every paid plan lets you invite unlimited teammates.

They run the dashboard for you: build your prompt set, define your competitor list, write the commentary on each period's report, set content priorities, and manage your feed rules. It's an add-on for any package.

Yes. We train your team on setup, prompt set design, and how to read the report.

Project count varies by package. Agencies and multi-brand companies can manage several accounts from one dashboard; the details are on the pricing page.

Pricing and billing

Prices are set in USD, the TRY amount is calculated at the current exchange rate, and prices exclude VAT. Current amounts are on the pricing page.

We work with enterprise customers on invoice. Monthly or annual subscriptions can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.

Annual billing saves you 20% on AI Visibility plans. Feed Optimizer is a single price, and Content Studio runs as a monthly package.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. The amount is recalculated automatically based on your usage.

No, the call is free. We prepare an analysis of your brand beforehand and go through it together. No commitment required.

Yes. We can arrange custom quotas and contracts for enterprise needs; just talk to sales.

Data and security

No. We add no code to your site, we do not connect to your database, and we do not process personal data belonging to your customers. What we measure is how AI engines answer questions anyone can ask. The work never requires consumer data.

Only account data for the business users who log in to the dashboard: first name, last name, work email, role, company details, and session logs. Plus the company information billing requires. That's all.

Traffic is encrypted with TLS, data is encrypted at rest, and access is limited by role. The controls we run are listed on the Trust Center page.

No. The brand information, prompt sets, and generated content in your dashboard are never used to train AI models.

No. The brand name, category, competitor list, and prompt set you define, along with the model answers they return, are brand and product data. They don't identify a real person or make one identifiable.

No. The pre-demo analysis runs entirely on public sources and the answers AI models give.

KVKK is Turkey's data protection law. Fill in the data subject request form on the KVKK page or email us. Requests are resolved within thirty days at the latest.

On your request, we delete the data in your account. Anything the law requires us to keep is held only for as long as the law says.

Turkey only. All our customers are based in Turkey and we work on invoice. We process personal data under KVKK, Law No. 6698.

Agencies and partners

Yes. Set up multiple client accounts in one dashboard and track them all on the same measurement protocol.

No. White-label reporting is not available today; reports carry Brandmetric branding. The commentary and the presentation are yours to format however you like.

Yes. We run a partner program for agencies, consultancies, and technology companies. It includes a ready measurement method, training for your team and technical support on client calls.

No. Measurement shows how the SEO work already underway pays off on AI surfaces. Most agencies add it as an extra section in their existing report.

We review your application and come back to you for an intro call. If it's the right fit, we move on to setup and training.
