KVKK privacy notice

Data controller

Under Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), we provide the following information in our capacity as data controller.

This notice applies to visitors to www.brandmetric.ai, business users of the Brandmetric dashboard, people who request a demo or apply to the partner program, and anyone who contacts us.

Personal data we process

We do not process personal data belonging to our customers' end users. Our measurement runs on the answers AI engines give to questions anyone can ask.

The categories of personal data we process are: identity (first and last name), contact (work email, phone, address), professional experience (role and title), customer transaction (subscription and request records), transaction security (login records, IP address), and finance (billing details).

We do not process special categories of personal data.

Purpose and legal grounds

We process your personal data to manage contract processes and deliver the service, to track requests and complaints, to run finance and accounting, to maintain information security, and to keep our activities compliant with applicable law.

We collect this data automatically through the forms on our website, the actions you take in the dashboard, and your contact with us. The legal grounds are necessity for entering into or performing a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interest, and, for marketing messages, your explicit consent.

Transfers

We share your personal data, only as far as the purpose requires, with our cloud hosting, email delivery, payment, and accounting providers, and with authorized public institutions where a legal obligation applies.

Our cloud infrastructure sits outside Turkey, so account data is transferred abroad. Transfers are made under the conditions set out in Article 9 of the Law and with the safeguards the legislation requires.

Retention period

We keep your personal data for as long as the purpose of processing requires, and for the limitation and retention periods set by law. Once that period ends, the data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to:

• Learn whether we process your personal data, and request information if we do
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
• Know the third parties in Turkey or abroad that we transfer the data to
• Ask for correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate
• Ask for deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the Law
• Ask that these actions be reported to the third parties the data was transferred to
• Object to an adverse outcome produced by analysis carried out solely by automated systems
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing

You can send your request using the form below, by email to info@brandmetric.ai, or in writing to Fulya Mah. Büyükdere Cad. Quasar No:76 İç Kapı No:188 Şişli / İstanbul.

Your request must clearly state what you are asking for and include the information we need to verify your identity. Requests are resolved within thirty days at the latest. If your request is rejected or we do not answer in time, you can file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board.

Commercial electronic message consent

The consent you give for campaign, announcement and promotional messages is optional; it is not a precondition of membership or of the service. You can withdraw it at any time by using the unsubscribe link in those messages or by writing to kvkk@brandmetric.ai.

Updates

We may update this notice as the law or our processes change. The current version is always published on this page.
