Does AI get your
brand right?

Measure what AI says on brand questions, the tone it uses, and the sources behind it. Fix wrong information at its source.

55.3%
of sources in ChatGPT answers come from sites you don't own
62%
of citations never name the brand in the answer text
86.5%
of prompts have a stable core of sources
11%
Source overlap between ChatGPT and Perplexity

What keeps going wrong?

Four problems we see constantly. All of them fixable.

AI gets your brand facts wrong

A product you don't sell, an old price, wrong company info. You can't fix it until you know where it came from.

When a model can't find the right fact, it fills the gap with its closest guess.

Half your story lives off your site

Review sites, forums, news, and marketplace pages are all part of your brand story. You can't build a strategy without seeing them.

More than half the sources in answers come from third-party sites.

You have no measurement you can trust

Screenshots don't go to the board. Ask the same question twice, you get two different answers.

The odds that two answers return the same brand list are under one percent.

Corporate content wasn't written for AI

You have press releases and corporate pages, but nothing question-shaped, clearly defined, and quotable.

Pages with clear definitions and verifiable data get cited more often.

How we fix it

Measure, close the content gaps, measure again. Working in stages is the clearest way to see what actually works.

AI Visibility

What gets said about your brand, and in what tone

Track brand questions and category questions separately. Measure perception, not just visibility.

Sentiment analysis: the language used when your brand comes up.
Mentions and citations are reported separately; ChatGPT and Gemini behave in opposite ways here.
Breakdown by model: strong on one engine and weak on another is normal.
Period-over-period change and competitor benchmarking.

How we get started

Four steps. No long setup before you see the first report.

1

We build the prompt set together

We put together a set covering brand questions, category questions, and crisis scenarios.

2

Baseline and perception report

Visibility, sentiment, source breakdown, and any wrong information land in the first report.

3

Correction and content plan

We trace wrong information to its source and publish the correct version where models can find it.

4

Periodic reporting

The same method, measured again. Change is reported with its margin of error.

Frequently asked questions

How reliable is the measurement?

AI answers are probabilistic, so a single measurement is not meaningful. A visibility percentage becomes stable once you measure it enough times. We report the margin of error too: if it is ±5 points, a gap under 10 points between two periods does not count as an improvement.

How is our data protected?

Measurement runs on questions asked through public AI interfaces; we do not need access to your internal data. We answer questions about enterprise data processing and KVKK (Turkey's data protection law) compliance in detail on the demo call.

Can we benchmark against competitors?

You can see competitor visibility inside your own measurement. But in Turkey, publishing a comparison that names a rival brand carries legal risk: the Advertising Board's March 12, 2024 decision set the rules here. For public-facing content, we recommend a criteria-based selection guide.

Can we work with our agency?

Yes. Share dashboard access with your agency, or add a dedicated account manager and let us run it.
