Measure what AI says on brand questions, the tone it uses, and the sources behind it. Fix wrong information at its source.
Four problems we see constantly. All of them fixable.
A product you don't sell, an old price, wrong company info. You can't fix it until you know where it came from.
When a model can't find the right fact, it fills the gap with its closest guess.Review sites, forums, news, and marketplace pages are all part of your brand story. You can't build a strategy without seeing them.
More than half the sources in answers come from third-party sites.Screenshots don't go to the board. Ask the same question twice, you get two different answers.
The odds that two answers return the same brand list are under one percent. You have press releases and corporate pages, but nothing question-shaped, clearly defined, and quotable.
Pages with clear definitions and verifiable data get cited more often.Measure, close the content gaps, measure again. Working in stages is the clearest way to see what actually works.
Track brand questions and category questions separately. Measure perception, not just visibility.

We put together a set covering brand questions, category questions, and crisis scenarios.
Visibility, sentiment, source breakdown, and any wrong information land in the first report.
We trace wrong information to its source and publish the correct version where models can find it.
The same method, measured again. Change is reported with its margin of error.
AI answers are probabilistic, so a single measurement is not meaningful. A visibility percentage becomes stable once you measure it enough times. We report the margin of error too: if it is ±5 points, a gap under 10 points between two periods does not count as an improvement.
Measurement runs on questions asked through public AI interfaces; we do not need access to your internal data. We answer questions about enterprise data processing and KVKK (Turkey's data protection law) compliance in detail on the demo call.
You can see competitor visibility inside your own measurement. But in Turkey, publishing a comparison that names a rival brand carries legal risk: the Advertising Board's March 12, 2024 decision set the rules here. For public-facing content, we recommend a criteria-based selection guide.
